CABINET'S DECISION. INCREASED EXPENDITURE. Times—Sydney Sun Special Cables. Received 30, 5.30 p.m. London, January 30. Cabinet discussed the Naval Estimates, and it is understood thaf they agreed to the principle of a naval programme requiring the expenditure of a larger sum than was allowed for in the last Budget. There is a growing feeling that increased taxation will be necessary.
