SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The barometer has been unsteady. With a fatting tendency, and the winds have" been variable with moderate to strong nortnertie* predominating. The weather has been very warm and humid. Heivy Vain fell during the night in Westland, and showers in the southern districts. Forecast—Present iudfeatious are for a falling barometer everywhere, with Vrarm and humid conditions, increasing tloudmess, and general rain is likely to .follow.
