The matter of forming a ladies committee wns left in the hands of the secretary and chairman, to confer with the lady swimmers. <-• Friday, February, 13th. was fixed as the dale of the carnival. Messrs Kelly, Spratt, Finlay, and the secretary were appointed a programme committee to report to a general meeting on Friday night next.
