There was -ome excitement aboard the Federal-Shire liner Ayrshire at the Queen's wharf this morning, when a difference arose between the second engineer, Air Peter Barbour, and e fireman named William Farley, with the result that Farley was arrested, WELLINGTON" ANNIVERSARY. ■Wellington, Last Night. Large crowds went out to Trettham for the races, and Xcwtowu I'avk attracted a big attendance at the early settlers' re union and snorts. The ]oc.ll yachting regatta, and the swimming and athletic sports at Soaloun, attracted fair numbers of spectators.
