NEW PLYMIH T! 1 The ladies, of the New Plymouth Croquet CbtD played doubles and singles matches at New Plymouth yesterday against the ladies of the Inglewood Club, tn the singles match, New Plymouth won three games and Inglewood one, and in the doubles, New Plymouth won both games. Following arc tho details of the games, Inglewood players being mentioned first:— Singles—Mrs. Hamerton 21, v. Mrs. Fitzherbert 8; Mrs. Jacomb 17, v. Mrs. Mills 28; Mrs. O'Canoll (i, v. Mrs. Cowling 2S; Airs. Winlield 0, v. Mrs. Courtenay 28. Doubles— M'esdames Hamerton and Jacomb 7, v. Mesdames Fitzherbert and Mills 2S; Mesdames O'Carroil and Winfield 10. v. Mesdames Cowling and Courtenav 2S.
