There would be a tower overhead, forming a "beacon of Empire," while along the whole length of both buildings therejyonhl be an exhibition hall PoVTlm"display ' oTTbe- 'dominions' products. It is suggested bv the architects that a new -bridge should lis' erected across the Thames at Ihe eastern or Aldwvclf cud, leading .diivclly to (he Dominions' House.
