The, United States Court of Appeal held that no moral turpitude was involved in Mylius' criminal libel on Kill™ George for which lie was convicted in England. The court held that if no / moral turpitude were involved hy Mylius publishing in Kugland a defamatory libel against a Devon laborer or a London street sweeper, therefore no moral turpitude was involved if the same libel were pitUi-hed regarding the Lord Chancellor or even King George. As the Government. is not appealing to the ('nilcd Slates Supreme Court, a last resource, is now left it. Melius will accordingly be admitted as a desirable citizen. The court admitted that the libel was a brutal one. lint declared itself unable to allow i|uestiims of rank to enter into consideration.
