Amio Broiult, aged 74 years, and caused her bodily harm. ilrs. Kl-omll, whose, evidence was taken in the hospital, stated that she went to see 'her daughter on tile morning of Jannary 1. Accused threatened her, and then pushed lie]- down in the kitchen, and hit her with a boot. Her daughter appeared and helped her to the front of the house. Accused followed her and knocked her down, then continued to use violent and threatening language. A neighbor failed to quieten accused, . who finally pushed complainant with I such violence that her leg was broken at i the thigh. Accused seemed under the i mlhience of liipior. Other witnesses corroborated ami accused was committed for trial.
