SUN BATHING.

No pwsou i*hall bathe on uny beacli within view of any person or persons passing nlong any street, thoroughfare, road or public place, or within view of I an/ dwelliiighouse, unless sucli person I shall .be properly clad in a bathing g»rinent reaching from the shoulder to tin knee. Any person offending against Ulw . provision shall be guilty of an offence against the by-law. The following apply to mixed bathing at the saltwater baths: The bath shall be open for the purpose of mixed bathing at such time's as the Council may from tinftj to time determine. During tho hours of mixed bathing bathers shall use the dressinrboxe,-* allotted to the two sexes respectively by tho bathkeeper, and slmll not attempt to enter or remain in ar loiter in the vicinity of the drcesaufhows allotted to persons of the opposite sex. " All persons shall wear a neck-to-knee bathing eostnnie with the addition of ti links to be worn over the coatumc in the case of males, - Xo v '«;tora or spectators shall enter' or remain in or upon the bath, and all bathers upon the completion of their uleasing shall jimmediately leave the premises.
