Outlining flic probable policy of the Liberals -if returned to power, he mid that they would do something to reduce the cost of living, would provide for the froe carriage of small children , on the railways, increase the pay of toiiohers, and empower harbor boarcs ami other local authorities to pennac- ! ently employ whnrf laborers.
