A commission appointed to decide whether Harry Thaw, .if released on bail pending the extradition proceedings in New Jersey for conspiring to escape from Mattawian Asylum, would be a menace to the community, found generally that Thaw was not suffering from the same mental maladies as when lu> murdered Standford White, and was jioit a menace to society.
