Tho Bishop of Uganda, at an Evangelical Conference, stated that outside Uganda there was an enormous heateu population, which Was in the balance, cither inclined to Mohammedanism or Christianity. At present it was tending to Christianity. The predominating need of Christians of all denominations was to supply the motive power of prayer.
