TWELVE VICTIMS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, January 9. A builder named.Bratz, together with his wife ami sister, suicided at Solilan by gas poisoning. Tlie bodies of five children and a dog were found with their throats cut. The motive is alleged to lie money troubles. Bratz's wife 'had donned mourning. A policeman tut the throats of his three little daughters, and then hanged himself, owing to a family quarrel.
