UNEMPLOYED ON THE PACITIC COAST. New York. January S. There are numerous unemployed in the Pacific Coast cities, extendins northward and including Canada. They are demanding relief works. There are over fiOO" in Sail Francisco alone. Employment conditions generally throughout the United States and Canada are worse than for many years.
