FROM MRS. S. A. RHODES. The late Mrs. S. A. Rhodes, of Weilington, after making about eiglu;v .specific legacies to the various members of her family, old employees, •iml others, leaves the St. John's Ambulnn:e Nursing Guild £SOO. upon the same trusts as the endowment funds of that institution are now held. Other provisions are: To complete the St. John Ambulaiwc Nursing Guild endowment, £IOO. 'To the St. John Ambulance Assochtion for furthering the work of the association in the'eitv of Wellington. £SOO. To the trustees of the Young Woman's Christian Association, unon trust for furtherance of the work of the association in the eitv of Wellington. £S:W. 1 To the Trustees of the Wellington Boys' Institute to form part of the endowment fund. £IOOO. To the Rev. Mother Mary Joseph Auhert, £IOO. To the trustees of the Ohiro Benevolent Home, £IOO, to lie expended m future Christinas dinner for the inmates therein. To the Home for the Aged ami Needy, £IOO. One-ninth share of the residue undisposed of to the Victoria University, Wellington, to be applied for the education of women, as the trustees In their discretion shall think fit. Also one-ninth share to the trustees of the Wellington Boys' Institute, to be applied in such sneeial branch of the work of the said institute as the trustees, after consulting with Mr. O. A. Troup, shall in their discretion appoint. The three trustees appointed under the will are Messrs. W. H. Sefton Moorhouse, John Studholme, and O. S. Walking.
