McKenzie, who is in charge of I the testing operations for the Stratford and Midhirst dairy factories, and also tester for the Stratford and Cow-Testing Associations, leaves this morning on a holiday visit to Hawke's Bay. Lieutenant McDonnell, who succeeds Captain Lampen as adjutant of the 11th Regiment, is now making himself familiar with the routine work prior to Captain Lainpen's departure for Nelson. Captain Lampen was suitably farewelled on Saturday night by his fellowmembers of the Stratford Club.

The Midhirst Dairy Company opens the ball on Monday, July 28th, with its annual meeting. The Stratford Farmers' Co-operative Association holds its annual meeting about the same time.
