REPAYMENT OF LOANS. The whole of Loan No. 1 is to be repayable at the , expiration of twenty years from the raising of the Loan and to bear interest at the rate of six pounds per centum per annum. LACII of the said .Loans numbered 2, 3, 4, 5, 0 and 7, respectively, with interest thereon, at the rate of £5 12s 2d per centum per annum, is to be repayable in 3<»Ms years by half-yearly instalments on the days at the times and in the manner provided by Part If. of the "'New Zealand Stale Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909," or any amendment thereof. It is proposed to pay out of each said respective Loan moneys the cost 01 raising the Loan, together with the first year's interest on each said Loan, and any preliminary, expenses incurred in connection with the scheme for which the Loan is raised.
