DYNAMITING CARS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 29, 5.5 p.m. New York, June 28. Labor troubles are spreading rapidly. At Birmingham, Alttbama, a mob wrecked the empty street cars with dynamite. Fifteen thousand have decided to strike in the West Virginia coal mining region, while the Kansas City Industrial Association has called a general strike. Twenty-five thousand are involved.
