JURY DISAGREE. By Giblc—Press Association—Copyright. Received 22, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, June 21. The jury was unable to agree in regard to the charge against Thomas Edwin Brown of shooting Sergeant Hickey. Brown was remanded until next sittings, bail being refused, although the accused's counsel offered to find £SOOO.
