MASSACRES AND OUTRAGES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 19, 10.30 p.m. Ne Y»rk, June 18. Advices from El Paso state that massacres and outrages in Northern Mexico continue. The Federal forces have arranged to despatch the women and children through the rebel lines. The Federals filled the trains, intending to attack the rebels. The latter captured a train and executed thirty prisoners in revenge and killed others in the fight.
