OUTBREAK AT HAYTI. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Port-au-Prince, June 17. A serious epidemic of bubonic plague is prevailing and scores are dying. The Government has surrounded the town with a cordon of troops, preventing egress to spread the infection.
