Gennell gave notice that he would move the acceptance of the special report by Sir Albert Spicer, chairman of the Marconi Committee, also that he would move that Sir Rufus Isaacs should be requested to resign. THE PRIME MINISTER'S ADVICE. London, June 17. Mr. Asquith has announced that the Government is not proposing an official Marconi system. It is believed that Mr. Asquith advised Mr. Lloyd George and Sir Eufus Isaacs to express their regret.
