A BOMB OUTRAGE.
EXPLOSION AT BLACKFPJARS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 18, 5.5 p.m. London, June 18. A bomb thrown from the Blackfriars bridge exploded on striking the water, and shook the neighboring railway bridge and caused great alarm. There is no clue to the perpetrator.
