It is expected that Mr. Fisher will tender his resignation today and advise Lord Denham to send for Mr. Cook. FAREWELL INTERVIEWS. Melbourne, June 17. Four Ministers separately interviewed Lord Denman, and though it is given out that no political significance is to be attached to the visits, it is confidently believed that these were farewell visits, and it is expected that Mr. Fisher will tender his resignation to-day and advise Lord Denman to send for Mr. Cook, Lead-' er of the Opposition. ] AMENDING THE ELECTORAL LAW.
