The twenty-fifth anniversary of" the Kaisers' accession is being celebrated throughout Germany to-day by lavish decorations, fetes and inscriptions of the Kaiser's famous utterances, -including "Our future lies on water." Germans in England raised £37,000, which the Kaiser is devoting to the aged and infirm Germans in Britain. During the commemoration ceremony in the Reichstag, the President described the Kaiser as the Prince of Peace, and added: "We draw our swords only to defend the means of existence of the German peoples."
