LABOR IN AUSTRALIA.
A REGISTRATION CANCELLED.

On the application of the Railway Employees' and the Locomotive Enginedrivers' Association, Mr. Justice Leydon cancelled the registration of the Transport Workers' Federation, declaring that it was obtained by methods which deceived the Registrar. Registration had been obtained by what amounted to misrepresentation, and could not stand.
