PROPOSALS SUSPENDED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, July 11. Owing to the political situation, the negotiations between Messrs Foster '•. (Canada) and Tudor for a reciprocal trade agreement have been suspended sine die. Mr. Foster will return to Canada via the Far East, where he will enquire into the prospects of Canadian trade. He states that he has grasped all the aspects of the reciprocal question, and is in a position to resume negotiations with any subsequent Federal Ministry.
