DEPRESSED EXCHANGES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 11, 12.20 a.m. London, June 10. There has been a setback on the Stock Exchange, owing to the further liquidation of high-class stocks. The Balkan situation, coupled with the German money famine, has depressed the London, Paris, Berlin and St. Petersburg Exchanges. The Paris banks are withholding many loans until the summer recess is over.
