London, June 7.
The Spectator, noting Salaman's evidence as a trustee in the estate of Tenner, the bankrupt stockbroker, says that the comments arising in the public mind regarding this purely accidental discovery _of another Ministerial transaction are inevitably very disturbing. Men are asking if the Fenner bankruptcy has brought a new fact to light, and what other facts may be concealed by accidents workinrj for obscurity and not foi' light. The Times says that among the Liberals anger is rising at the revelation of the Master of Elibank's further transactions in American Marconi shares. There is some anxiety as to what is the trust fund mentioned by Mr. Salaman.
