THE LATEST RETURNS. POSITION STILL UNALTERED. Received 5.5 p.m. Sydney, June 7. The latest figures have not altered the position. The Labor majorities at Ballarat and Ulawarra are now 16*2 and 154 respectively. The Noes have crept further ahead in the referenda, and this issue seems finally assured.' The posi-' tion will be:—ln the House: Liberals 38, Labor 37. In the Senate: Liberals oor 7, Labor,3o or 29.
