Owing to a deadlock in the Peace Conference between Greece and Turkey, with regard to anti-bellum treaties, M. PavWitch,' Servian delegate, has drafted a formula supplying a provisional treaty to Berlin to guarantee private property to Mussuman charitable institutions in conquered territories,, if Tiirkey acquiesces. He hoped that the conference would conclude to-day.
