The' weather has been unsetSed and showery, especially on the West 'Coast. The barometer rose in the sooth during the night, but it is still falling slowly in and is unsteady 'it the Bluff. Forecast—Present indica--Isons are for west to south-westerly 'winds, strong to a gale, with cold, 'changeable and showery weather generally; The barometer is unsteady but *irfll probably rise everywhere shortly.
