THE LONG' HEAD CHAMPIONSHIP. Per Press Association. Mastevton, Last Night. The Long Head Championship in connection with the North Island Sheep' I)og Trial Association was completed today. the result being as follows:—A. Beaton's Smut 1, S. Kennedy's Boss Jun. -• -Mr- H. Mais ford's Hemp ,% Mr. White's Hoy 4. Thirl v-six dogs competed. NEXT TRIALS AT WAXCSANUI. At the annual meeting of the Association: it was decided that the next championship trials be held at Wanganui.
