NOTICE is hereby given that the Raoraomouku Block of 12,334 acres, subdivided into II Sections, ranging from 843 to 1545 acres each,- ;and situated 5 to 12 miles from a landing on Wanganui Riv>r, about 9 miles from Pipiriki, and 31 miles from Whangamomona Township, will be open for selection for Cash, Occupation with Right of Purchase, or Renewable Lease, at the option of the applicant, at this office,., up to 4 p.m. on TUESDAY, 24th June, 1913. Applicants must appear personally at this, office at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, the 25th June, 1913, to answer any questions the Land Board may ask, and it ia desirable that evidence of financial position should be available. If an applicant so desires, examination may be taken before any Commissioner of Crown Lands or Land Board in the Dominion, or before any member of the Taranaki Land Board. Persons who have been examined recently need not attend again for examination if there is evidence of such examination. An applicant may apply for more than one section if the aggregate of sections applied for and area held does not exceed *2OOO acres, but will not be allowed to hold more than one section. Preference will be given to landless applicants with children dependent on them or who have within the last two years been twice unsuccessful at ballots.
