ARREST OF A CRIMINAL. Per Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. A man was arrested this morning after a twenty minutes' chase over fences, on a charge of indecently assaulting a girl during the Dunedin children's visit. The man scaled a house, raced across the roof, and jumped fifteen feet to the ground.
