A MISSING MAIL BAG. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Friday. A bag of mails disappeared from the steamer Kini shortly before she left Westport for Lyttelton. It was placed in the chart-room on Tuesday evening and missed about 11 o'clock." When the Kini arrived at midnight, detectives went aboard to investigate, but did not obtain information of any value.
