Sir Rufus Isaacs, giving evidence before the Mayconi Committee, said the dealings with his brother- Harry had not the slightest effect on the contract. He did not think to-day that his conduct had been indiscreet, nor did he consider he should have told the House of Commons everything. He added that he had nothing to do with the present prosecution 'of his two brothers. - MR. GODFREY* ISAACS. London, May 29. At the trial of Cecil Chesterton, Mr. Godfrey Isaacs denied that he had ever influenced anyone. He said he had never conversed with Sir Rufus Isaacs on the subject of the Marconi contract.
