THE WINTER SHOW.

By every mail the secretary (Mr. A. L. Humphries) is receiving entries for the Winter Show of the Taranaki Agricultural Society, and the prospects are certainly very bright.. Intending exhibitors are reminded that ebtries close to-night. A strong working bee gathered together at the Coronation Hall on Thursday afternoon, making preparations for the forthcoming Winter Show, and the Committee have to thank those who so generously gave their time in the intereats of the society. A further day will be put in on Tuesday next (king's Birthday), when anyone willing to assist will be welcomed by the committee
