. PROCEDURE TAKEN WRONG. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, May 28. ' The judgment in the case against Sir Stuart Samuel for illegal voting in the House of Commons, declared the illegal voting was proved, but Mr. Oswald Forbes' claim was barred by the i .previous writs by Burnett and Chambers. The judge added that the three informers had proceeded under the wrong statute. Judgment was therefore given for defendant with costs on technical grounds.
