It is senii-officially reported that the Kaiser's principal gift will be the proclamation of Prince Ernst as the new ruler of the Duchy of Brunswick. KING GEORGE AND QUEEN MARY. Berlin, May 21. It was fine weather when King (George and Queen Mary arrived. The" Kaiser, the Empress and many princes welcomed them. Enormous and enthusiastic crowds filled the streets, and the Union Jack was flown everywhere. THE KAISER'S CLEMENCY. Berlin, May 21. Lieutenants French ii,id Frandon and Mr. Stuart will be released'simultaneously with King George's reaching Germany. KING GEORGE'S ARRIVAL. A BRILLIANT SPECTACLE. Beceived 22, 11.5 p.m. Berlin, May 22. There was brilliant sunshine, and the Unter der Linden was thronged at every coign of vantage. The Union Jack was everywhere in evidence. Hawkers did a roaring trade selling paper English flags, which have been rarely seen in Berlin for the last few years. Picked Prussian troops lined the route, There was a vivid picture within the station, where the Kaiser, in the uniform of a British dragoon, accompanied by Prince Ernst and Princess Victoria, warmly greeted King George, who wore the uniform of the Prussian Dragoons. The Royal train was escorted 'for forty miles by the airship Hansa. As the royalties emerged from the station there was a roar of acclamation from the waiting crowds. King George's carriage was escorted by his regiment of dragoons. He and the Queen were demonstratively cheered.
