THE ANTI-MILITARISTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Paris, May 21, The ringleaders and anti-miiltary agitators at Toul and elsewhere are being sent in disciplinary battalions to Algeria. A hundred soldiers at Macon paraded the streets shouting, "Down with the three years' service!" and singing "The International.'' They refused to obey an order to disperse, but eventually returned to their barracks.
