I ' ; By Telegraph—Press Association. i' Wellington, Last Night. ■ The Dominion Meteorologist issued the following'weather summary and forecast at 5 p.m.:—Summary: The barometer Has risen, and is about normal everywhere, with .southerly, winds, strong to ft gale, • but decreasing to-day. The leather has been stormy in the northern districts, and a heavy thunderstorm passed over the Thames during the iltight. Conditions have improved generally, but coastal showers are still reported in Poverty Bay, and a moderate southerly gale at Napier. Forecast: indications are for moderate to southerly winds, somewhat cold Jand fair to cloudy weather. The .barometer will probably rise slowly * =====
