In the matter of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, J908," and "The New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act,'1909," "The Counties Act, 1908," and the amendments of the sai'd Acts and each of them. is hereby given that the Egmont, County Council purposes raising a special loan for the benefit of each of the subdivisions hereinafter mentioned, and for the amount set opposite the name of each said respective subdivision; and further notice is given that a special roll of and for each said respective subdivision has been prepared and will remain deposited for the purpose of public inspection at the office of the said County-until the 30th day of May, 1913. I.—The Northern subdivision of the Oeo Riding, consisting of all those sections of land bounded by the Taungatara River, the Forest ' Reserve, the Auroa Road, and the Railway Reserve 12,680 2.—The Southern subdivision of the Oeo Riding, consisting of all those sections of hnd bounded by the Taungatara River, the Railway Reserve, and the Eastern and Southern boundaries of the said county 15,970 3.—-The Southern subdivision of the Rahotu Riding, consisting of all those sections of land bounded by the Oaonui River, the Forest Reserve, the Taungatara River and the sea; but excluding therefrom the Opunake Riding (known as the Opunake Town District) 7820 4.—The Northern subdivision of the Rahotu Riding, consisting of all those sections of land bounded by the Punilio Road, the Forest Reserve, the Oaonui River and the sea 9405 Any rate-payer on, and who objects to any matter or tliing contained in, the said respective rolls, and who desires that such objection shall be heard or considered, shall forward notice thereof in writing to the County within seven days after the said 30th day of May.
