A MYSTERY' OF THE SEA.

LOST VESSEL DISGOVEKED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. • Received 20, 11.30 p.m. Melbourne, May 20. While dragging for the sunken punt, Western Port, the dra'g snagged. A diver descended, and discovered it had been caught by a large sunken vessel, with a beam of 40 feet, built of English oak. A search of the records does not disclose any such wreck, but residents at Phillip Island remember that years ago skeletons were found strewn on adjacent beaches, and it was never discovered where they came from.
