THE TLTANEKAI OUT OF ACTION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Monday. Owing to a delay in cable mending operations in Cook Strait, caused through the heavy weather, it is thought that the Government steamer Tutanekai will not be available for tendering purposes in connection with the visit of the New Zealand to Akaroa on Saturday next. If the weather clears, the steamer may effect the repairs, unship the cable gear, and get down to Akaroa in time. DUNEDIN'S YOUNGSTERS. HOSPITABLE CHRISTCHURCH. Christchurch, L»st Night.
