A HEAVY FINE. Per Press Association. Wanganui, May 17. The Magistrate, Mr. Kerr; gave lr's decision this morning in the case of a barmaid at Foster's Hotel, who was charged with having supplied liquor to an intoxicated person. He convicted her and fined her £5, costs £7, and solicitor's fee £3 3s. The charge against the landlord of permitting drunkenness was adjourned till Monday.
