CHILD'S SUDDEN DEATH. By Telegraph—Press Association. Invercargill, Friday. Stella Wood, 13 years of age,' 'the daughter of Nathan Wood, a railway employee, fell dead at Clifton while driving the cows home. Death was due to heart failure. FOUND DROWNED. Auckland, Friday. The dead body of a man, name unknown, was found in the harbour. There were heavy stones in two of his pockets. His identity is unknown. His age was about 40 years. He had dark hair and sharp features, and was sft. Sin. in height. A SETTLER'S DEATH. Duiicilin, Friday. Patrick McEwoy, a settler near Tuapeka Mouth, was found dead in bed this morning.
