DOMINION FARMS.
TO TRAIN EMIGRANTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Recehed 16, 11:30 p.m. London, May 18. The Morning Post is advocating the Dominions establishing farms for the preliminary training of youthful emigrants. Mr. McColl, said that it was just the thing for board school boys, hut public school lads were older and liad mostly some little means, and could better get experience in Australia. Mr. Newton Moore was doubtful of the suggestion, owing to the different conditions overseas.
