HOCKEY.
The adjourned annual meeting of the Taranaki Hockey Association will be held, providing there is a quorum present, on Monday evening. The Whakatiku (.Hub is playing u practiee niateh on the ltacecourse this afternoon. The A and B teams to participate iu the .shield fi.\tures will he chosen on the form displayed this afternoon, as will be the teams for the seven-a-side tournament, whieh is to he held shortly. The teams for this afternoon are as follows: — Captain's: H. Hollo. E. Monteath. M. McEwnn, L. Mouat. A. Quiekfall, 1. Monteath, 0. Ulanchard, K. Penn, C. Pellew, K. l'enn, .T. McTsaac. Viee-eaplain's: M. Stohr. B. Harrop, F. Winfield, 0. Ambury, E. Johnson V. Howson, M. Arthur, I). Gilliver, E. Andrews, A. Cocker, M. Corkill.
