This passage occurs in a letter sent to the Mayor of Wellington by the Mayor of Lyons, Franco, announcing that a large International City Exhibition will be held there in May, 1014. The aim is, to make known the progress made by the Govern- , ment and city health authorities. , Tha exhibition wil be on scientific, economic and social lines (as well as industrial and commercial) for the benefit of all tltose persons who deal with life in a modern city.
